It seems incredible but its cold in Finland has developed a rich tradition of tango that is unmatched in the rest of the world and the formation Las Chicas del Tango, composed Kukka-Maaria Ahonen, Johanna Juhola Viljamaa and Milla, is an excellent example. With a creativity that knows no geographical barriers, the trio plays original compositions by tango in a style that combines Finnish-Argentinean tango Nuevo old melancholy. "Tango - De Norte a Sur" proposes tangos fresh, airy and heady, arranged with elegance and passion, the lyrics in Spanish are full of deep poetry. Las Chicas del Tango is the sweet voice of Kukka-Maaria Ahonen, the interesting accordion and piano by Johanna Juhola Milla Viljamaa. The eleven songs, three of which were written together with the Uruguayan poet Horacio Ferrer, author of several texts by Astor Piazzolla, creating a musical bridge between two universes of tango.
