This CD presents the recording of the concert "La Chiara Stella" of 2019, an original project by Ambrogio Sparagna at the invitation of Caritas of Rome for the solidarity campaign "As in Heaven so in the Street". Next to the Italian Popular Orchestra and the Popular Choir a series of musicians from Eastern Europe, Latin America and Africa. Sparagna wanted to merge their music with the typical sounds of the Italian popular tradition, giving life to a show dedicated to the mystery of the Birth of Jesus and to the joy of Life.

This CD presents the recording of the concert "La Chiara Stella” of 2019, an original project by Ambrogio Sparagna who for twelve years has been receiving the invitation of the Caritas Diocesana of Rome for the solidarity campaign with the significant title "Come in Cielo così in Strada" (As in Heaven so in the Street) . The protagonists of the concert were Orchestra Popolare Italiana conducted by Ambrogio Sparagna and Coro Popolare conducted by Anna Rita Colaianni.
For this twelfth edition Ambrogio Sparagna asked to a series of singers and musicians from various geographical and social realities, which currently characterize the life and "street" music of Rome, to bring their history and their musical culture to this concert.
Guests are extraordinary singers and musicians from various parts of the world (Eastern Europe, Latin America and Central Africa). Sparagna wanted to blend the sound of these "new" cultures, which characterize the current musical life of the streets of Rome, with the typical sounds of the Italian popular tradition, giving life to an original show dedicated to the mystery of the Birth of Jesus and to the joy of Life.
